This is a ground floor flat and has two ensuite double bedrooms and a very large kitchen with a sitting area and dining table. There is a secure entrance for the building leading to a communal lobby and corridor where the flat is situated. The common corridors have CCTV coverage and smoke detectors in all corridors and habitable rooms and kitchens. Safety, security and comfort of our tenants is our utmost priority.

The bedroom has a ward robe, work station with wired and Wi-Fi internet (max 200mb speed), bed and bedside cabinet. The living room has leather sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a smart TV connected to wired high speed (200mb) internet giving you option to enjoy everything the internet has to offer (Netflix, Amazon prime,You Tube etc with your own subscriptions). A Freeview TV package is included. All appliances including iron box and vacuum cleaner are provided. Kitchen appliances are of high quality with good storage space in fridge/freezer.

Rent: We work on the basis of all-inclusive rent starting from GBP 100 per week per room. All bills (fair usage) including electrics, water, heating, internet and TV are included. Council tax will be payable by tenant but students can usually get exemption for council tax. No fee for summer retention and free storage space for summer 2018. So there is no extra unpredictable expenses. This property is suitable for groups of students who wish to stay in the same building while enjoying the comfort of self contained flats.
