There is a secure entrance to the communal corridor leading to this flat in the ground floor. The common corridors have CCTV coverage and smoke detectors in all corridors and habitable rooms and kitchens. Safety, security and comfort of our tenants is our atmost priority.

Each bed room has a ward robe, work station with wired and Wi-Fi internet (max 250mb speed), bed and bedside cabinet. The living room has leather sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a smart TV connected to wired high speed (200mb) internet giving you option to enjoy everything the internet has to offer (Netflix, Amazon prime,You Tube etc with your own subscriptions). A Freeview TV package is included. All appliances including iron box and vacuum cleaner are provided Kitchen appliances are of high quality with good storage space in fridge/freezer.

Rent: We work on the basis of all-inclusive rent starting from GBP 85 per week per room. All bills (fair usage) including electrics, water, heating, internet and TV are included. Council tax will be payable by tenant but students can usually get exemption for council tax. No fee for summer retention and free storage space for summer 2018. So there is no extra unpredictable expenses. This property is suitable for groups of students or professionals in groups or a large family.
